Job Description
• Good functional and technical experience in Siebel order Management model and customer care management.
o RCOIS methods deep dive
o Row Set Toolkit Transformation
o Dynamic Pricing Procedures
o Compatibility and Eligibility Workflows/ Batch Validation
o Asset Based Ordering
o Signals
o Variable Maps
o Siebel Java Data Beans ( possibly as we have some complex logic requirement)
• Hands on experience on Siebel EAI – Web Services, JMS and HTTP calls.
• Hands on experience on BIP Reports
• Hands on experience on Product and Pricing, RCOIS methods used in Order management.
• Strong knowledge and Hands on experience on Siebel Config (Tools and Application level), scripting , workflows etc.
• Telecom industry is must
• Demonstrate excellent issue analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Adhere to Siebel configuration best practices all times during SDLC.
• Hands on experience in building EIM jobs and performance tuning. Good SQL knowledge preferred
• CTI Siebel integration knowledge would be good.
