Job Description
• At least 9 + years’ of experience in Telecom Testing background
• OSS and BSS applications knowledge is must
• Should have strong analytical approach towards the requirement analysis, test planning, test designing, execution follow-up, tracking issues to closure
• People leadership experience and good people management skill with experience of creating effective teams
• Strong communication skill to highlight RISK on time for the work and resources, following escalation metrices to get things done on time
• Tracking team metrices, throughput , defects triage etc
• End to end telecom flows for pre-paid and post-paid and fixed customers
• Telecom hands-on testing knowledge on Applications – Siebel, EAI, BSCS, Ericsson IN, OCS , Net Cracker, POS, Dunning application, HPSA Mobile/Fixed
• Telecom hands-on on different types of orders, provisioning, fulfilment, rating, billing, invoicing, dunning , live-provisioning in netcracker, on-line charging systems, Fixed line activation,
• Testing on live voice and data usage scenarios
• Knowledge of Tools – Putty, WinSCP, TOAD Oracle, JIRA, HPQC
• Knowledge on automation tools
